| HOW TO ORDER FROM
THIS WEBSITE:
Click on a Product category from the menu
list on the direct left (below our logo) on any page in the web
site. Once you see an item of interest click on it to take you to
the information page. There will be an area on the page that allows
for choosing the quatity of items and the Add to Cart button. After
you have added all the products of interest to the cart, click on
the Checkout button and follow the instructions.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Use a valid credit or debit card from American Express, MasterCard,Visa
or Discover. You will be required to provide the 3 or4 digit security
code associated with that card. Our payment processing system checks
for matching addresses and names among several other security checks.
PayPal is another payment option. If
PayPal's address does not match the shipping address, eMicrophones,
Inc. will not ship until the payment clears to our bank.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
All US Orders ship via UPS, United Parcel Service. UPS will not
ship to PO Boxes. Overseas orders have the option of UPS WorldWide
Express or the less expensive USPS Express Mail International. Before choosing
Express Mail International be advised, eMicrophones will only be responsible
for lost, stolen or damaged items using Express Mail International to a
maximum of $100.00. Express Mail International order shipments may be delayed
up to 48 hours as they incur additional paperwork.
Note: eMicrophones begins shipping orders
at 3 PM Eastern Time. We will make an effort to ship orders that
arrive until 5 PM Eastern, but cannot guarantee they will ship until
the next business day.
SHIPPING COST:
There is a View Rates button available by adding the items to
the shopping cart and fill out the billing and shipping fields.
Rates are calculated on the weight of the items you place in the
shopping cart, the shipping destination and the choice of shipping
method. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods
that do not compromise delivery. eMicrophones, Inc.
is not responsible for Taxes, Duties
or any other charges beyond its control.
TRACKING:
A UPS tracking number will be E-mailed directly from UPS at the
time of shipment. The official notice with the tracking # is the
only valid notification of shipment.
No Invoice or packing slip will be
included in the box. An Invoice is E-mailed within 24 hours of order
receipt.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS:
If you believe an item is defective you should contact eMicrophones.
In most cases we are able to help you configure and setup the item
to work properly. Repair or replacement of items qualifying for
warranty service is effectuated quickest by returning the item to
the manufacturer. eMicrophones only deals with manufacturers who
agree to make repairs or replacements promptly, which is usually
the same day the item is received. If the manufacturer tells you
there will be an extended wait for repair, eMicrophones will arrange
to ship you a new microphone from our available stock. Most products
have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. VXI, Sennheiser and Chameleon
have a two year warranty and Samson has a 3 year warranty.

RETURNS:
Contact eMicrophones via E-mail or Phone before returning any
item. In most cases, we can help you configure and setup an
item that may at first appear defective. Non defective returns received
in the condition sent, including original clean packing and with
all product documentation and parts are politely accepted for return
within 30 days* of customer receiving the order.
Either an E-mail authorizing the return or a letter stating our
authorization code must be included with the return. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. Refunds for the cost of the product, not shipping,
will be issued either to the credit card used for the purchase or
by a refund check mailed within 10 days of our receipt of the item.
Any item returned without authorization may incur delay or shipping
charges. Items returned without documentation or accepted for return beyond the 30 day limit, will incur repacking fee of 25%.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM(S):
Open your order immediately upon receiving. You must notify us via E-mail or phone within 2 business days should you believe something is missing or an incorrect item was shipped to you.
PURCHASE ORDERS:
We will accept checks assigned to a purchase order when you
select PrePay with Check as the Payment Method on the Order Form.
By filling out the billing and shipping information and placing
the PO # in the Special Instructions box, an Invoice will be E-mailed
within 24 hours. Use this to create and send a check. We will prepare
the order for immediate shipment on receipt of your check.
