Our Sennheiser ME3 is modified for speech recognition. Sennheiser manufactures this computer version exclusively for eMicrophones. Combo Saver includes USB sound pod and Padded Carry Bag The Sennheiser ME-3 Headset is the best headset we have ever tested in terms of accuracy and noise cancellation.  When connected to your computer through the Andrea USB pod, you are guaranteed to achieve the highest speech recognition results possible.

This product combo is what we recommend to serious users of speech recognition. If time is money, the Sennheiser ME 3 and Andrea USB pod will pay for themselves in reduced time spent correcting dictation mistakes.

MUST READ NOTE ABOUT SOUNDCARDS
Microphone includes:

1. An 8' cable instead of the stock 5' cable. Unwieldy extension cable is not necessary.
2. The connector is a standard 1/8" (3.5mm). It works with our recommended USB pods. It does not work with SoundBlaster or SoundMax sound chips/cards.
3. The ME3 has a standard Sennheiser 2 year warranty. Super-cardioid design capsule for superior noise and feedback rejection.
4. Adjustable Headband. For people with average size or larger heads, we recommend trying the microphone with the Velcro adjustable band removed. Bend the frame to fit (tighter or looser). Make it just snug enough so when moving your head the microphone element does not move out of position. You can also bend the ear loop sections.
5. Order a 6' cable extension for desktop computers under the desk.
