An important update to the MyBuddyMic Software is now available. First you must uninstall any previous version of MyBuddyMic on your computer. You can do this by going to Start, All Programs, InSync Speech and Uninstall. If you cannot do it that way, you can go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, highlight the MyBuddyMic line and click Uninstall.

Download and install the latest version 0.9.24:

When you’ve finished installing, start MyBuddyMic. Click Load from profile. Highlight Push To Talk and then Load. Then click Save Actions.

The bottom part of the top button will now be the Push To Talk button. The blue light stays off whether you push and hold or release the button. I’m trying to contact the manufacturer to see if the light can be activated.
