Before contacting Customer Service of the manufacturer, please contact eMicrophones via the Contact Us button or call us. We will help verify there is something wrong with the mcrophone and not a configuration issue.
One of the main criteria for products carried on the eMicrophones.com/Speechcontrol.com web sites are a low failure rate. Unfortunately there will occasionally be the necessity for a repair. Therefore another criteria for the products we carry is that the repair or replacement be made quickly and as painless as possible. Below is contact information for repairs. Expect to wait on hold for several minutes if you call. However, once connected you are likely to be taken care of quickly and courteously. Either over the phone and or in a note included with the return, state the problem and explain how you have determined it requires repair.
