So far the microphone is working well, REVOLABS is positioned vertically on my lab coat and response and accuracy are approximately that of the Sennheiser ME3, I am dictating this with the REVO. My volume clocks in at about 30% of the blue bar and the signal/noise ratio is 18 typically. I went ahead and utilized my Dragon previous user profile and it seems to be working well in a quiet environment although the presence of people talking behind you can definitely affect the microphone which is not a problem for me. It seems to handle medical words quite well. I'm utilizing a Pentium 4 Dell dimension 2 GB of RAM and 80GB hard drive with Dragon professional 9 .1 and WINDOWS XP.
